TWO STRATEGIES to get rid of evil spirits during Kundalini awakening
As I reflect on my 29-year spiritual journey, I realize that I have become wiser than ever before. I now understand that my first awakening occurred when I was 5 years old, a time I previously viewed as merely an exploratory phase during which I questioned the existence of many religions. I attribute this early awakening to my past life karma.
My first encounter with an extremely malevolent spirit was at the age of 7.
Having dealt with these encounters over a long period, I have devoted significant time to finding a solution.
It’s important to note that as your soul moves closer to purity and light, dark entities may increasingly try to interfere.
However, we are meant to step into the light and beyond. Therefore, we should not give up on ourselves and must strive to rise again.
Below, I will address how to deal with evil spirits, whether they appear during a Kundalini awakening or at any point in one’s spiritual journey.
First, we need to recognize that we are souls inhabiting human bodies, whereas spirits, whether benevolent or malevolent, are souls without physical forms.
It is crucial to understand that disembodied souls are significantly less powerful than those within human bodies — WE are way more powerful than those who are not in the bodies.
The Hindu Holy Scriptures have time and again, mentioned that Humans are at the pinnacle of all the species in the creation. It is taught so because we humans have the capability to evolve and enact change in the physical world, something spirits cannot do without the bodies!
Two effective strategies that have consistently helped my clients are:
- Understanding Your Power: As humans, we hold more power than the spirits without bodies. This is because we can perform actions (karma) and effect real change in our physical reality.
Evil spirits can only instill fear, which, if allowed to influence decisions and actions, can lead to one’s downfall.
Therefore, the first step is to confront this fear. With all your inner strength and resolve, command the spirit to leave you permanently.
In Hinduism, God is referred to as Parmatma i.e. Param — Atma, meaning ‘The Creator is the Supreme Soul of all the Souls’.
This also implies that we (the souls) are a part of the Supreme Soul and are made in the image of the Supreme Soul.
Thus, we must understand our real power.
Our wisdom lies in understanding the inner power of our souls.
Unlike other species, it is only a human being that is gifted with the ‘sense of discrimination’ and therefore can lead itself to heightened awareness. We must use this gift very well.
2. Seek a Spiritual Teacher Connected to ‘Shabad’: This is a foolproof solution.
Find a spiritual teacher who is connected to the ‘Shabad’. Shabad is considered as the highest knowledge of all the spiritual knowledge as stated in many ancient Hindu and Sikh scriptures.

shabad- shabad se jaaye milaaye’

The Shabad helps eradicate all the karmas of a human being
The Shabad of the soul then merges in the Shabad of the Supreme Soul and reaches its home.

Such a teacher, being one with the source, can connect you to the ‘Shabad’ as well.
Shabad being the source of all creation, helps eradicate ANY evil spirit whatsoever.
While it is difficult for a new aspirant to connect to the Shabad all by oneself as in many cases it takes years to achieve perfection connecting oneself to the Shabad (it took me many years as well);
but if somebody is experiencing evil spirits, it only makes sense to find such a Spiritual Teacher who is connected to the Shabad, so that no time is lost and the person can be removed from the influence of the Spirit.
This connection protects you from any evil spirits, as it links your soul to the very source of creation.
